An international producing company needs HRBP

Responsibilities:

  • defines the main directions of personnel policy of accountable departments in accordance with the strategy of development of the enterprise and measures for its implementation;
  • controls recruitment, training and TM process of the employees;
  • carries out development and implementation of programs to improve employees motivation, improve working conditions,
  • rationalize the organizational structure, strengthen the discipline of work;
  • defines directions of work on creation of favorable social and psychological climate in collective, creation of social guarantees;
  • monitors compliance with labor laws in dealing with personnel;
  • organizes research, both external and internal, based on the needs of the organization;
  • take part in \ steer global and local admin and payroll related and cross-functional HR projects;

Requirements

  • Higher education degree
  • At least min 3 years experience in international company in the positions of group leader or specialist
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment methods, performance and talent management, trainings
  • English upper-upper-intermediate
